Chapter 8 in the Varcarolis and Halter Text can be helpful with regard to professional language usage in describing patient behavior

Data should be written using objective, nonjudgmental descriptions.

Please watch the assigned video and complete the assessment as thoroughly as possible. You may have to watch more than once. The expectation is that you do an assessment on the patient depicted on the video. It is not always possible to address everything by watching the video just as you would likely not be able to address everything during an assessment with a real patient. If unable to assess tell me but part of the grade will be based on the thoroughness of the assessment.
