Purpose:
This group video project will challenge students to create a visual, musical, and informative 10-minute educational video that will focus on how an organization would manage the security of information while enhancing documentation.

Scope:
Your target audience will be the internal staff of your assigned organization. The video will be an education tool that your staff will be required to view as a part of their employment (similar to a Ministry of Labour Health and Safety Module), which will be administered yearly. A quiz is generally part of the requirement after viewing the video; however, for the purpose of this assignment, you will not be creating a quiz.

Key Concepts to be Addressed:
Your video must highlight the importance of computer security; and, what the organization requires to address potential threats. Ensure that you identify required legislation within your video, namely – Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA) and the Quality of Care Information Protection Act (QCIPA), and address:

1. Confidentiality: the unauthorized disclosure of information

2. Integrity: the unauthorized modification or destruction of information

3. Availability: the disruption of access to or use of information or an information system

4. Authenticity: the users are who they say they are and that each input arriving at the system came from a trusted source

5. Accountability: the requirement for actions of an entity to be traced uniquely to that entity.

Requirements:
Selecting how you will create your video is up to your group. However, the file must be able to be played using the Windows Media Player.

The content should include appropriate photographs, video, music, graphs and any other visual aids of your choosing. The video file is due to the dropbox prior to class on the due date.

Your video will be graded by your peers and contribute to the final grading of your assignment.
