As a newly appointed Quality Manager, you have been asked to advise top management on the possible application and relative benefits of three management system models, namely: ISO 9001, EFQM Model and Investors in People (IIP).

You are also required to explain the potential advantages and opportunities the models can provide for your organisation in achieving integration with other management systems (such as environment or health and safety).

The following tasks form the basis of the assignment:

Explain the similarities and differences between ISO 9001, EFQM Model and IIP;
