4. Discriminate between the different forms of contract required for various elements of a project and explain the need for good contract practice.
5.  Summarise the key requirements of a valid contract, assess the alternatives to resorting to the civil law to resolve disputes, explain the concept of breach of contract and discuss the appropriate remedies.
