However, there are several approaches that the company can take to deal with the worker’s stresses. These include: i) Using Ergonomics Ergonomics refers to marching of the employees with the appropriate working tool to improve productivity while minimizing injuries and accident in the working environment such as a workshop. Different tools have different purposes in the workshop. Subsequently, workers should not gamble over using a given tool over the other to accomplish a given task. The scarcity of working tool in the working station is recognized as one of the main causes of stress in the working environment.
