The Antibiotic disc contains

• Ampicillin AMP2
• Chloramphenicol CHL10
• Erytgromycin ERY 10
• Cefoxitin CXT 30
• Penicillin PEN 1.5
• Streptomycin STR 10
• Sulphafurazole SFZ 100
• Tetracycline TET10

The result I obtained from the test are as follows –

CXT –  large (2.5cm) works best

TET -  Medium (2cm) works

CHL – Small (1cm) works

AMP – Small(0.5cm) works

ERY – does not work

STR – (1cm) works

PEN – does not work

SFZ – does not work.
