Select a patient with a confirmed diagnosis of asthma from your area of practice and write a case study essay detailing their assessment and management during a recent contact with yourself. You should select a patient who is either having/had an asthma attack or has poor asthma control.

Write in detail about your patient’s current assessment and management and focus on the key issues in asthma care. Include previous history only if it is relevant to their current situation and consider future possible management options.

Outline the main points you will cover in your essay and state which national or international guidelines your patient’s management will be based upon. Also include an outline of any other key professionals or carers involved in your patient’s asthma management.

Main body (1600-1800 words)

In relation to your patient only, explore the following key issues giving consideration to the evidence base; you must relate theory to practice and at all times your patient’s safety must be paramount.

·         Factors contributing to their current situation (adherence, inhaler technique, triggers/aggravating factors)

·         Pharmacological and non-pharmacological management options (current and future possibilities)

·         Patient/family education

·         Negotiating the asthma action plan, what type of plan was agreed, what was included and why (if you include a plan as an appendix please ensure it is fully anonymised)

Evaluation and Conclusion (200 – 300 words)

I received my order last night and now I’m writing my reviews. My assignment has all the points I needed along with a good style. The citations used are relatable and professional. The best thing is the discount I got because I recommended my friend too to use their service. I am so pleased to use this effective service. The features are also amazing, everything is good.
