Pick a country-any country-except the United States
Identify a country and a patient safety or healthcare quality issue for which the country or a geographic area of the country has developed a patient safety or quality improvement specific program/initiative to mitigate the issue. Describe how that country/geographic region is addressing the issue (guidelines, protocols, etc. This should be a formal effort by the country/geographic region) and you should be specific when describing it. You can focus on any patient safety/healthcare quality initiative being implemented in a specific geographic region of the country or choose a nationwide initiative. 
Identify a specific program that the country/geographic region has in place to improve the issue you identified. Describe how it has been implemented and whether it has been successful. Describe monitoring methods. 
Discuss specific improvements and any outcome data provided for the initiative. Discuss current status of the issue as well as next steps being taken.
Turn the issue into a newsletter. The newsletter is to be positive and informational sharing!

Add references following APA 6th edition formatting-however due to space references do not need to be double-spaced (but use the hanging indent and general APA format).
