You are required to formulate arguments. Simply stating your opinion will result in a failed assessment. An argument starts from an analysis. An analysis is the creation of insight into factual elements of a situation or case. For example by showing causal or other relations between elements. (Include a table of content and an executive summary. These are not included in the word count).

1. Introduction

Briefly introduce your case and state which human rights breach in the supply chain you will be analysing and improving.

Signpost the different sections in your report and how they build on each other.

2. What is the injustice?

Discuss specific human rights breaches for your case. Refer to factual accounts and use an appropriate framework (ILO).

3. Factors determining the injustice.

Perform a stakeholder analysis of the supply chain.

Discuss how micro, meso, and macro levels interact.

4. Improving the situation.

Your report must suggest action that the top-of-the-chain company can take to improve the situation in their supply chain.

Your argumentation for the improvement action should use Ruggie’s due diligence framework as well as procedural justice. You should also include a critical discussion of your suggested improvement action: (for example) how would improve the situation, what could it not do, on what contingencies does success depend, what is the timeframe, who does what, on who does this impact (and how)?

5. Reference list. (not included in word count)

The report should use a variety of sources (e.g. news items, NGO reports, academic papers, business reports), and uses Harvard Style Referencing

My order went 3 hours late and I also went mad. Then the customer support team calmed me down and offered me a flat discount of 50%. However, I did get my order and chilled out as the work was exactly what I requested. Next time I would place my order a bit sooner to save any trouble.
