Expression of ideas:  There are some issues with expression and sentence construction, which require some attention before CW2 is contemplated - please make this a priority at the start of Term 2.

Structure and referencing:  There is a limited structure to the writing, although the discussion of Josef does provide an `anchor` to the topics throughout the writing.  The list of reference is relevant to the topics considered, but these could be used more effectively to support the discussion.
