Units aims
To be an effective in leadership in health and social care requires a need to supervise and manage provision and lead and support others through workforce provision. This unit will develop student’s skills and knowledge in the role of a Manager and leader in developing strategies to provide quality provision in health and social care. This unit is suitable for those higher level managers who work with autonomy working in healthcare, social care, children’s services etc.
