An analysis of the ‘alignment to a new business’ problems facing O.I.G Ltd. with reference to literature and good organisational practice.  You will need to consider the possible causes and potential implications of the issues you identify – how will they impact employee and organisational performance?
2. Your justified recommendations to address these problems and an action plan for implementation.
