3. Identify the key issues surrounding the dilemma
4. Discuss legislation and policies relevant to the dilemma
5. Compare and evaluate different views on the chosen dilemma (e.g. consider it from a Kantian, utilitarian and egoist perspective – as well as simply addressing the different viewpoints).
6. Come to a conclusion: What is the ethical thing to do? (the ethical thing might even be slightly different from what is legally correct!)
