The company claims on its website that, “La Cimbali design engineers are extremely passionate about what they do, and strive to produce the most innovative coffee machines available on the market today.” It also mentions that, “La Cimbali is extremely proud to partner with some of the biggest names in the UK retail and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Caterer) industries.”

Unfortunately, FRACINO has lost one of its key design engineers to the competition and are aware that this would disrupt their productivity. Nonetheless, FRANCINO would pursue its ambition of strengthening its position by increasing its market share on the specific segments of Coffee shops, hotels and restaurants in the UK.

Taking into account these unexpected events, you are required to:

Propose one (1) strategy at business level and one (1) strategy at corporate level to help FRACINO stay on course for its above-mentioned ambition.
