TASK 1.05    Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS)        (10Marks)

Task 1.06    Draft an interview agenda for your interview with the CEO, refer to the text and on-line for examples        (10 Marks)

TASK 1.07    Develop a one-page table of key requirements (product backlog) from the perspectives of each of the stakeholders (user stories)using Agile format “As a .... I want to .... so that..”)        (10Marks)

TASK 1.08    Write a list of the key functionalities of the system (a functional and non-functional specification)        (10 Marks)

TASK 1.09    Presentation (cover letter, cover sheet, clarity, professionalism)        (20 Marks)

TASK 2.08    Write a Job Description for a Business Analyst to be recruited to join your project        (10 Marks)

TASK 2.09    Presume you have completed a “waterfall method” processes of RFT, evaluation of tenders and selection of a solution. Write the executive summary of the Report to client where you explain the processes undertaken and recommend a preferred supplier        (10 Marks)
