In this article the 7 principles that author have described are:

  1. On the base of the service, the customers have been grouped and supply to these groups with more profit.
  2. Customizing the transport network according to the service requirement and profitability of customer group.
  3. Managing the demand planning according to the supply chain by considering the forecast of supply regularly.
  4. Differentiate between the products near to customer and the supply chain.
  5. Managing the sources to cut off the cost in owning the product and services.
  6. Developing a supply chain technology to support multi level decision making and making the flow of supply effective.
  7. Using channel-spanning to reach to the customer in effective way. (Anderson, 1997)

In this document, the author explains the definition of Supply Chain Management with the help of set of Use Cases. This article described that how the Use Cases have been conducted on the Supply chain management application.  In this case the B2C model has been considered in which the supplier sells the electronic goods to the customer. To full fill the requirement of the customer, the supplier has stocked up his customer so that he can supply the goods to the customer when needed. When the demand of goods cross the limit of the stock, the supplier contacts the manufacturer for the particular goods. This method refers to B2B model.  In order to full fill the requirement of the supplier, the manufacture will run the unit to produce the required goods of the supplier. The user has consider this case to represent the Supply Chain Management application that how it will be conducted. (Anderson, 2003)

In this article, the author has explained the benefit of the supply chain management.  The author has referred the supply chain management as the essential tool for the development of the business and its growth. The author has studied the case study of Haco Industries Ltd. situated in Kenya. The main objective of the article is to study the two concepts of the organisation (1) implementation of the SCM in organisation and (2) relationship between the organisation performance and practice of SCM. The 4key dimension of the SCM practice has been conducted to study the relation between performance of organisation and the   practice of supply chain management. Those 4 key dimensions are strategic supplier partnership, customer relationship, information sharing and training practices. In this case the qualitative research approach was conducted in which the relevant data of the 40 employers was being taken. The data was collected by conducting the questionnaire among the employees. The collected data was then analysed using SPSS XVIII by score. (Mutuerandu, 2014)

In this article, the author has argued about the 4 roles of supply chain management in construction. In this the necessary initiatives of each role is analysed in accordance of the construction. In this article the case studies are used investigate the status of the supply chain management. The three conclusion have been drawn in this article, firstly the supply chain caused more wasting and problems. Secondly, the occurring of the problem in the second phase after evaluating the supply chain and thirdly, the waste and problem occurred due to poor implementation of the supply chain management application.   (Vrijhoef, 2000)

 The method used in this research is Qualitative method.

The possible realities that can be conducted by other individuals are as follows:

  • Equality between partners: In this the partners are being considered equal. The suppliers must be considered get the same response from the manufacturer.
  • Ongoing or Limited: The collaboration between suppliers must be consider first, either it will go on beyond or there will be the limit of the resources trading.

Potentially Collaborative: In this the collaboration of the supplier and the manufacturer and the customer is considered as potentially collaborative.

The qualitative resources that have been used are the questionnaire and interview conducted to the employers of the organisation regarding the supply chain management. The employers need to get training practice for the successfully implementation of the supply chain management application.

The factors which indicate to interact with the people is the knowledge about the supply chain management applications. Many employs and mangers in the organisation don’t know this concept and to conduct the interview with those managers who have successfully imply this application and helped in growth of the organisation. The reviews of the successful managers can be very helpful to the other managers of different organisations.
