Task 2

You are required to complete the following task for your resit. Please refer to the Preamble (paper 1127) for this task.

To a scale of 1:100, provide existing and proposed ground floor and first floor general arrangement plans, ensuring that you are working within the constraints of the Preamble (Paper 1127). Plans should include annotation on compliance with the Building Regulations.

Include a written introduction to your drawings to describe the accommodation and the facilities to be provided. Also include an accommodation schedule with floor areas. You should also detail any assumptions made.
