I’m going to write about 1543-1650 Christian sacred Art in Japan and Its reception among the Japanese.
Especially, Art, Includes Christian architecture, clothing, paintings, and statues.
The reason I chosen this topic is not only I’m majoring in Fine Art, I think “Art” involves colors, architecture, much more..
In Luis Frois “History of Japan”, He make mention of

Religious art works of the Catholics of Japan, which are being conveyed, are said to follow the form of European style sanctification as they were educated by Niccolo. In the paintings and techniques, they follow the Catholic artworks at the time. Nevertheless, they can see that the expression styles of the Japanese are reflected faintly.

In addition, I can find many more interesting things when I saw people who were crucified at the time, not only to pray but also to be used as fashion jewelry, such as earrings and necklaces.
And let’s talk a bit more about Luis Frois’s “History of Japan”.
