A)     Prepare for and conduct a performance development review meeting with another member of your group.  This will take place at workshop 7.  The aim of the meeting is to assist the interviewee to review their strengths and development areas and to explore the actions they need to take to further their chosen career path or their performance within their current role. 

B)      Provide a reflective account that explores the frequency, purpose and process of the meeting, as well as a personal reflection on the review itself – your evaluation of how effective it was; what you could have done differently; what you have learned from the process and how you might apply this in the future.

You should support this account with the following documentation

• your planning notes for the review
• A record of the review, including: 
• a write up of the key points of the discussion
• at least two developmental objectives that were agreed with the individual.
