The research had numerous practical experiments hence used different sizes of samples. Among the samples, there was an experimental and a control group. All were appropriate and randomized. Researchers made interventions such as introducing hand hygiene programme for patients that were admitted in the hospital. The control group in the article includes patients whose hand hygiene programme was not implemented during their stay in hospital. Notably, apart from interventions, the sample groups were treated equally.
